Katrin Verclas and the other good folks from the Nonprofit Technology Enterprise Network (N-TEN) have been touring the country, attending 501 Tech Club events. Wherever they go, they ask nonprofit techies, "what do you want from N-TEN?" and take photos of the responses.
This is a really clever idea, and the fact that the photos are available to the public through Flickr is a good move toward greater openness. I like seeing that in our professional association.
I had two very serious items for N-TEN to address: group insurance for consultants and better ways to fund I.T. for nonprofits. However, there's a have soft spot in my heart for the photo in which my good buddy Wayne Glynn has pre-empted these agenda items with a demand for free beer.
