The mission of BloggerCorps is straightforward: 

Matching bloggers with activists and non-profit groups who want to blog and need help getting started. 

This looks like a great idea to me, and I hope that nonprofits, activists, and volunteers who have firsthand experience with BloggerCorps will post here about it.
